Purchase Options

Purchases can be made from my shop at Etsy.com by clicking on this link:

Contact me directly at trbaker@bakemanceramicart.com and email me all the information concerning the item you wish to purchase, plus your zip code so I can figure the exact shipping charge. I will provide you with a price quote for the item(s) for your OK. At this time let me know how you want to make the payment / purchase from these options:

  • I can send a PayPal invoice to your email address so you can make the payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay as a guest with a credit card or echeck.

  • I can email you info if you wish to pay using ZELLE.

  • You can choose to pay by personal check or money order. I will send you mailing instructions for that. However, I will not construct the piece until the payment arrives and shipping will occur within 14 days after that.

SHIPPING INFO:

- I try to ship items within 14 day after the purchase and will send you an email just before it is sent out.

- I do discount the shipping charge when shipping more than one item (combined shipping discount). Unfortunately the only way to do this is to refund the shipping overcharge after the purchase is processed.

- Items will normally be shipped USPS Priority Mail and sometimes Fedex is used for a multiple order traveling to the West Coast.

-Any marker or plaque damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge if you email me a photo of the broken item for USPS insurance claim purposes. I will send a replacement item if details displayed on the item are incorrect due to my error. I will not replace item if there was an error in the information you provided.

- Because these are custom made items I do not accept returns or issue refunds.
